富比世:黎巴嫩真主黨
許多資金籌自美國

報導指出,美國聯邦政府一直懷疑真主黨的資金來源是被放逐的黎巴嫩人在非洲非法和暴力的鑽石交易所獲得的厚利。他們也在美國做香煙及其他管制物品走私,藉著逃稅來獲暴利,並透過各種管道把錢轉到真主黨手中。
今年三月美國聯邦政府起訴了十八個走私香煙的中東人,檢察官指出,這些走私客和真主黨高層關係密切。報導指出,美國毒品查緝單位也發現,在美國的真主黨份子也像舊日的四手黨一樣走私毒品,並且設法將錢轉給黎巴嫩真主黨。
南美洲也是恐佈份子籌錢和洗錢的大本營。去年一位在哥倫比亞被捕的黎巴嫩人就被控走私古柯鹼,並且將獲利轉給黎巴嫩真主黨。根據美國海軍戰爭學院的兩份報告,每年由巴拉圭、巴西及阿根廷邊境接壤的三角地帶匯到黎巴嫩真主黨手中的資金大約有千萬美元。
英美領袖同意多國部隊
應儘快進駐黎巴嫩

布希在白宮與英國首相布萊爾舉行會談後告訴記者說,萊斯明天將回到中東地區,就以色列與真主黨游擊隊的熾烈衝突舉行會談。
布希說:「國務卿萊斯明天將返回中東地區,她將和以色列及黎巴嫩領袖會談,以掌握機會,達成兩國的持久和平與穩定。」
布萊爾說,各國代表T十一日將在聯合國(新聞、網站)開會,討論可能在戰火頻仍的黎巴嫩部署一支聯合國「穩定部隊」的問題。
布希說,美國和英國同意「儘快」派遣一支多國部隊進駐黎巴嫩。
他說:「我們同意一支多國部隊應儘快進駐黎巴嫩,以在黎巴嫩陸軍向南部調動時給予增援。」
真主黨首次使用新型火
箭攻擊以色列北部

據以方估計,這一批火箭射程達九十公里,彈頭重約一百公斤,今天共有五枚這種新型火箭攻擊阿富拉地區。
以色列空軍和地面部隊則針對發射火箭的區域採取反擊行動,至少十八名真主黨武裝成員遭到擊斃。
消息指出,真主黨過去幾天發射的火箭射程大都在四十公里左右,而今天使用的新型火箭可能是由伊朗製造。
真主黨今天向以色列境內發射共約九十枚火箭,自十三日雙方武裝衝突以來,約有一千六百多枚火箭攻擊到以色列境內,造成五十餘名以色列人喪生;在以方反擊中則至少造成四百多名黎巴嫩居民喪生,另約有二百名真主黨成員被擊斃。
